Perfect for my apartment!
I have a 2-bedroom apartment and now it has a fireplace. I've always wanted one and now I have it, without buying a house. It definitely adds a nice touch and I might even get the wall-mounted one for my bedroom. Just don't forget to purchase it along with the fuel.

apartment size fireplace
I just purchased my modaflame Fireplace for my 1 bedroom apt and it fits perfectly on my living room coffee table. The fireplace is very large, I would say 2.5 feet long so make sure you have somewhere to put it on. I don't think it is tall enough to sit on the floor - someone might burn themselves by accidentally stepping over it. I got it for my apartment to give it a chic, modern look. I am 25 and from New York City. I have always lived in an apartment and never a house so being able to have a fireplace at my digs is really rad. It is a great conversation piece and my friends are really impressed. They now think I'm rich or something, lol. The only qualm I have with this purchase - and the reason I rated it 4 stars instead of 5 - is that it does not come with fuel. Of course wood doesn't come with a wood burning fireplace so I wasn't surprised. However I was surprised to find out that you can only purchase the type of fuel it needs online. It takes Bio-ethanol fuel. This type of fuel is eco-friendly, smoke and odorless. So all in all beautiful piece to add to your furnishings but it does not come with fuel
